TO ANOINT THE MOST HOLY

Daniel 9:24 SEVENTY WEEKS ARE DETERMINED upon THY PEOPLE AND UPON THY HOLY CITY, to:
(1)FINISH THE TRANSGRESSION, (the word "transgression" is a coloquial for "The Law of Moses" Jesus said, just before He died, "IT IS FINISHED" See Jn 19:30.) and
(2)to make an end of sins (AN EQUALLY CORRECT TRANSLATION HERE WOULD BE "SIN OFFERINGS. See Heb 10:4-22), and
(3)to MAKE RECONCILIATION FOR INIQUITY (hHebrews 2:17 Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto [his] brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things [pertaining] to God, to MAKE RECONCILIATION FOR THE SINS OF THE PEOPLE.), and

THOSE FIRST THREE THINGS--JESUS DID WHILE ON THE CROSS. THEY ARE HISTORY.

BUT, THE LAST THREE ARE STILL IN THE FUTURE.

(4)to bring in EVERLASTING (ETERNAL, THAT WHICH COMES FROM ETERNITY-- GOD'S DWELLING PLACE) RIGHTEOUSNESS (THE SPIRITS OF JUST MEN MADE PERFECT), and

(5)to SEAL UP (SAME WORD AS "MAKE AN END" IN #2. See ch. 12;6-8) The vision and prophecy, and

(6)to ANOINT (THE SPIRIT SEEMED TO SAY "ACTIVATE") THE MOST HOLY.

The Tabernacle in the Wilderness had two sections in the tent. The first section was twice as long as it was wide (possibly to denote the passage of 2,000 years. It was called "The Holy Place". It contained furniture which typified the work which the Lord has been and is doing during this age which is called "The Church Age".

The second section was a perfect CUBE -- possibly to denote the 1,000 year reign of Jesus. (Please note, also, that the City Which Lieth Foursquare is also a perfect CUBE). It was named "THE MOST HOLY PLACE" or "THE HOLY OF HOLIES".)

The MOST HOLY PLACE contained the furniture which corresponds to the Millenial Kingdom.

1.) ABSOLUTE FREEDOM FROM SIN. Revelation 21:27 And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither [whatsoever] worketh abomination, or [maketh] a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life.

Exodus 28:36 And thou shalt make a plate [of] pure gold, and grave upon it, [like] the engravings of a signet, HOLINESS TO THE LORD.

Isaiah 11:9 They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.

Joel 3:17 So shall ye know that I [am] the LORD your God dwelling in Zion, my holy mountain: then shall Jerusalem be holy, and there shall no strangers pass through her any more.

Zechariah 8:3 Thus saith the LORD; I am returned unto Zion, and will dwell in the midst of Jerusalem: and Jerusalem shall be called a city of truth; and the mountain of the LORD of hosts the holy mountain.

The NEW JERUSALEM is called "THY HOLY CITY" BECAUSE THE BIBLICAL MEANING OF A "CITY" DENOTES THAT PEOPOLE ARE LIVING UNDER A COMMON LAW-- HOLINESS TO THE LORD.

"THY HOLY CITY" is used to denote for whom it is prepared.

I SUBMIT TO YOU, BRETHREN, THAT GOD HAS AN "ISRAEL" WHICH IS SEPARATE AND APART FROM THE NATURAL SEED OF ABRAHAM. "The Israel of God." Gal 6:16

Galatians 3:18 For if the inheritance [be] of the law, [it is] no more of promise: but God gave [it] to Abraham by promise.

Galatians 3:6,7 Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness. Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham.

Galatians 3:9 So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham.

Galatians 3:13,14 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed [is] every one that hangeth on a tree: That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

Galatians 3:16 Now to Abraham and HIS SEED were the promises made. He SAITH NOT, And to SEEDS, as of many; but AS OF ONE, And to THY SEED, WHICH IS CHRIST.

Galatians 3:29 AND IF YE [BE] CHRIST'S, THEN ARE YE ABRAHAM'S SEED, AND HEIRS ACCORDING TO THE PROMISE.
