GOD SEES

GOD SEES ALL

I can see my life from the earth side
I can feel its sorrows and pains
I can taste of its joys and its gladness
I can sense its losses and gains

But I can see only the earth side
The other is hid to my view
I can see it but darkly
I can see it but partly
But God sees the other side, too

Someday I shall stand on the heaven side
Someday with the Lord I shall be
Someday through the glories up yonder
The whole of my life I shall see

And shall I then care for the losses?
Shall I then care for trouble and pain?
With the heaven side glory
To light up the story
My losses shall only be gain.
